Challenge
How can a compact residential footprint be planned to maximize usability, clarity, and spatial efficiency?
The challenge was to organize multiple residential functions within a constrained built-up area while maintaining logical circulation and privacy gradients. Bedroom zoning, service alignment, and balcony integration needed to be resolved without compromising natural light or furniture usability. The layout also required clear dimensional accuracy for construction-ready visualization.
Solutions
A rationalized residential layout driven by efficiency, zoning, and build clarity.
The plan is structured around a central living–dining core with clearly segregated private and service zones. Bedrooms are positioned to ensure privacy, natural ventilation, and efficient furniture placement, while utilities and bathrooms are vertically and horizontally aligned for construction efficiency. Balconies and ledges extend livable space without disrupting the internal planning logic.
